I know it can be easy to fall into a cycle of self-sabotage and self-criticism, especially when it comes to our bodies. We will touch on all of this and really focus on loving our bodies, loving ourselves, and moving into a pattern of self-love and moving out of the pattern of self-sabotage and criticism.
The session will start out with a brief introduction to the topic, Self-Love, Self-Worth and Body Image, an introduction to the breaths and what to expect, followed by a 35-40 minute Breathwork session and time at the end for questions, integration, and/or journaling.
