I know it can be easy to fall into a cycle of self-sabotage and self-criticism, especially when it comes to our bodies. We will touch on all of this and really focus on loving our bodies, loving ourselves, and moving into a pattern of self-love and moving out of the pattern of self-sabotage and criticism.

The session will start out with a brief introduction to the topic, Self-Love, Self-Worth and Body Image, an introduction to the breaths and what to expect, followed by a 35-40 minute Breathwork session and time at the end for questions, integration, and/or journaling.

This and all sessions by KateLyn are conducted with a trauma informed lens and an intuitively chosen playlist.

What is a Breathwork Session Like?

Breathwork sessions are a self-healing process that uses a combination of breath patterns to calm your nervous system, find a deeper connection to yourself, clear trauma and stuck emotions, and in general live with more of a sense of peace, trust and harmony in yourself and the world outside of you.


Each session usually begins with gentle and calming breath patterns followed by more invigorating and fast paced breath techniques and ends again with gentle breath and meditation.

Through intentionally controlling the breath, normally an automatic process, you are able to gain greater control of your body, and in turn, gain more control of your emotions and ability to respond to life.

Each session is guided with care and a trauma-informed lens, creating a safe space so that you can explore yourself freely, connect with your body, clear and transmute trauma and stuck emotions, and shift your state of being.

The more intimate you become with yourself, the more self-empowered you will be, and the more you will be able to trust yourself and your intuition.

After a session people often experience relaxation in your body, clarity in your awareness, and a deeper sense of peace and harmony.
