Three words I would use to describe KateLyn:

Calming, Passionate, Beautiful

KateLyn is a wonderful human. Doing breathwork with her has been instrumental in calming my anxious thoughts and lessening my physical pain. Before her sessions she is very clear and concise as to what will happen while we are breathing and how the different breaths work. Her voice guide during sessions is warm, calm and caring. She is an absolute pro at what she does and gives me the space at the end of the session to feel everything that has come up and the option to talk about it. She is never pushy and always professional. I absolutely cherish my time with her and am grateful that she has come into my life in such a powerful and healing way.
