Breathwork Disclaimer

  1. It’s important to know that Breathwork puts you in altered states. 
  2. Please don’t practice Breathwork if you are driving, in water, or operating machinery.
  3. Or if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, seizures, epilepsy, are currently pregnant, or have any other serious health conditions. Please consult a medical professional before doing a Breathwork session.
  4. Breathwork is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and you fully acknowledge and take full responsibility for any of the risks involved. 
  5. By participating in Breathwork, you are aware that you may experience temperature changes, tingling sensations in the body, ringing in the ears, numbness, or dizziness. 
  6. You may feel a range of emotions, such as: grief, happiness, joy, or fear, etc. 
  7. If you feel uncomfortable with the sensations or emotions at any time please slow down your breathing or go back to your normal breathing and they will subside.
  8. If you feel extreme dizziness, pain, unwell, or you will faint, immediately stop the Breathwork practice. You may have pushed yourself too far and should slow down your breath next time or contact a medical professional before starting again.
