In-Person Breathwork Events

The Magic of Breathwork is powerful by itself, and when done in community the benefits are deepened and amplified.
In-person sessions are extra special, as you'll not only experience Transformation through the Breath, you'll also experience the shared energy of breathing together and the strength of community.

What to Expect

What is Transformational Breathwork?

Transformational Breathwork is a blended practice of active, clearing breathing patterns and slow breaths and meditation, designed to shift your body out of fight or flight and into rest. The combination of clearing breaths and meditation create the perfect environment to experience profound shifts that help you connect to yourself, gain clarity, and regulate your nervous system so you can respond better in daily life. This benefits every aspect of your life, even physical health; to really understand, it’s best to experience it for yourself.

What’s so Special about In-Person Breathwork?

  • Healing in community increases the energy and potency of the power of the practice
  • Shared energetic experience
  • Connection and community
  • Safe space to connect with like minded people who may be going through something similar as you
  • Surround sound music
  • Intuitively and intentionally chosen music and playlist
  • Deep spiritual experience
  • Taken away in the flow of the journey – you’ll experience the magic of what it feels like to be “in the creative flow” – just like any artist feels
  • You only have to show up and breathe – the whole experience is curated just for you
  • Guided meditation at the end provides profound transformation

How will this benefit you?

I know your time is precious!

KateLyn Costa Maine Breathwork Guide and Therapist

About KateLyn

Hi, I’m KateLyn – a Breathwork Guide, therapist, and a deep lover of life. My work is all about holding grounded, loving spaces where you can breathe, heal, and come home to yourself – surrounded by realness, warmth, and community. I believe healing is deeply personal, and often more powerful when shared.

Things that light me up:

  • Music that moves me – in the car, kitchen, or enjoying it live, music is intregal to my life and weaves together emotion and experience.
  • Pottery – I recently rediscovered pottery. Getting my hands in clay helps me let go and find presence.
  • Coffee dates & deep talks – I love coffee and I love a deep conversation – friends and relationships are everything to me.
  • Learning new things – usually with an audiobook playing (I’d rather listen than read), I love learning about new ideas.
  • New flavors & cultures – Exploring different foods, cultures, and places keeps me inspired, and reminds me how big and beautiful life really is.
