Three words I would use to describe KateLyn:

Inspiring, Peaceful, Motivating

KateLyn worked with several members of my employee team and me to teach us breathing techniques to help control our stress. Our work is inherently stressful and demanding. She taught us methods and habits to use our breath to control the feelings of stress throughout our workday. Her teachings were invaluable and we have all improved our stress management as a result. We are so grateful to her! One time she came to my home and did an in-person session which was amazing. I felt like I was transported to a different planet…the Peaceful Planet! It was like a vacation on my own couch. She has a gift… a superpower…of inspiring and motivating people to feel more peaceful and in control of their emotions.
