Here we are, a month into the new year, and you may be feeling a little chaotic…maybe a little discouraged…maybe a little stressed.

In this session we are going to breathe into quieting the mind and finding stillness within ourselves – within our bodies, minds, hearts, and even down to our cells.

How much stillness can you cultivate inside your body? Can you feel the quiet between your breaths? Can you feel the stillness even down to your cells, the quiet flow of your body’s rhythm?

This session is going to be so soothing and comforting, allowing you to come back home to yourself, regenerate, and realign to your priorities and desires. I look forward to seeing you there.
