About KateLyn

I'm KateLyn, a certified Breathwork Guide with a Masters in Social Work. Ever since I can remember I've felt a deep ache in my heart. I grew up in a chaotic household with 5 sisters (6 of us!) and parents who truly loved us dearly but had not healed themselves - there was lots of yelling, confusion, tears, and the worst part - no one talked about it.

Fun facts about me:
  • I’m a foodie and love all the bites
  • I cannot get enough hugs (my husband can vouch)
  • I love making sourdough bread for family & friends
  • Routine is everything to me, and go to bed excited to start my day each morning!
  • Music is master healer for me - I love singing at the top of my lungs in the car!

Most powerful breathwork facilitator I know! I personally feel that breathwork is a dance of energy within you and around you. With that being said, Katelyn is the perfect choreographer for a session. She hand picks songs and music to go perfectly with the rhythm of each breathwork style. This allows the breath to move you, even when you are still. You can feel the spiral of energy being created and shifted to release stagnation and make room for new ways of thinking and feeling. Intuitive, wise, skillful

When I first started working with KateLyn, my focus was to lean into breath work as a form of self care. Little did I know then that my experience with her would go so much further! I have struggled with slowing down, tapping into my body, and putting myself first. Not only did I get a chance to do all three of those things in every session with KateLyn, but she helped me clear stagnant energy that was holding me in those patterns. During our sessions, she made me feel so comfortable, held, hopeful, and at ease to rest and truly be present. Her voice is so gentle yet powerful enough to keep you tapped in throughout the entire experience. I really love how she created custom playlists for our sessions that were centered on our focus for that session, and had such a natural flow to them. After working closely with KateLyn for the summer, I am confident that this work will follow me into my fall & winter as well as shape the boundaries I put in place going into next year. I learned that the best thing you can do when there’s a lot to do, is slow down and take one thing at a time. And she helped me to feel safe doing that. I would (and already do) recommend KateLyn to everyone wanting to connect more with their body & become healthier versions of themselves!

Inspiring, Peaceful, Motivating

KateLyn worked with several members of my employee team and me to teach us breathing techniques to help control our stress. Our work is inherently stressful and demanding. She taught us methods and habits to use our breath to control the feelings of stress throughout our workday. Her teachings were invaluable and we have all improved our stress management as a result.
